We have an opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter.
In this role, we are looking for someone who can:
- Partner with Hiring Leaders and deliver end to end high volume recruitment* annually across the Distribution Center & Contact Center. (*Recruiting Part-timers)
- Recruit professional level roles up across Supply chain, Logistics / Distribution Centre, Quality Assurance, Call Centre and Facility Service/Management.
- Sourcing and research support for a variety of market and functional specific roles.
- Work in partnership with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Talent Acquisition Partner to design and execute sourcing plans, for immediate and future talent needs, assesses candidates and builds pipelines.
- Leverage LinkedIn Talent Insights market data to understand the external market and understand the competition, target companies, and industries to attract top talent to the QI organization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leverage online recruiting resources, such as niche job boards, associations, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, ATS, etc. to identify and recruit top talent.
- Design effective recruitment messages resulting in high candidate response rates.
- Review resumes and pre-screen candidates for credentials and appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Regular and timely management and communication of candidates to keep them proactively informed and to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Skills and Experience:
The Recruiter will create solutions that will be effective across QI (QVC International) business functions & ensure effective coordination, and communicate these solutions to ensure consistent delivery, while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Deliver an excellent candidate & hiring manager experience
- Highly developed passive candidate attraction skills i.e. prospect identification, Boolean and internet search, cold calling, referral generation, competitive intel gathering.
- Excellent organization, prioritization and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver through conflicting priorities.
- Excellent screening, interviewing and active listening skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office and creative sourcing techniques.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with employees at all levels (from entry level to executive).
- Capacity to prioritize work and address time sensitive matters.
- Experience of Workday Recruiting, recruitment systems, reporting tools, IT services.
- Excellent customer service skills and a consultative approach when collaborating with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of passive candidate sourcing experience up to and including VP level searches delivering end to end sourcing strategies within an in-house or RPO environment.
• Candidate sourcing, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools
• Candidate identification via Boolean search strings/internet searching/job board mining/social networking

Other Information (Terms & Conditions apply):
- Employment Type: Full-time Regular Employee (Probation period- 6 months, no change in working conditions during this period)
- Compensation: <Determined according to our regulations, taking into consideration experience, ability, current salary, etc.>
- Incentive bonus (paid once a year depending on business & individual performance), Merit increase (depending on business & individual performance), Overtime allowance as per the company regulations, Commutation allowance.
- Working Conditions : Hybrid Working Model (Mix of Office-based working & Remote working)
- Flextime System (Staring time 5am~closing time 10pm), No core hours.
- The prescribed working hours for one (1) month shall be as follows: Scheduled working hours per month: Working days of the month x 8 hours
