Currently, we are looking for:

Senior Manager Data Governance and Reporting

(hybrid working model)

The Senior Manager Data Governance and Reporting will be responsible for developing and enhancing strategic reporting products, in addition to managing the company’s global People Data Governance practice. This role will focus on productizing reporting deliverables, as well as evolving existing products (i.e. dashboards) to meet the needs of the People Team and the business. 

This is a key role on the team that will enable the work that the full workforce analytics team delivers. With a focus on data governance, data privacy and data security, this role will ensure analytics-ready data assets for high impact projects and programs. This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of a data governance framework; setting policies, standards, procedures, and roles and responsibilities for collecting, storing, analyzing, and sharing People data.

Responsibilities:

-Defines and executes a data governance strategy and roadmap including policies, standards and procedures. Partners with key stakeholders to identify and document critical data elements, including metadata, lineage, and business rules for in-scope systems, and creates, manages, and facilitates a process to identify and understand the critical data issues and/or integrity gaps in terms of business impact/risk/opportunity, identifies root causes, and coordinates resolution.

-Promotes and monitors the consistent and correct use of People Data and partners across the Workforce Analytics team to ensure all projects and programs are coordinated with Data Privacy and Data Protection, fulfilling all legal and compliance requirements across markets.

-Creates and executes a communication plan that ensures data owners are aware of and understand the information governance strategy and policies and comprehend their role and responsibilities in relation to the strategy and policies, and ensures alignment between business unit-level procedures and data governance policies

-Creates a reporting product roadmap, and partners with key stakeholders to execute against that roadmap, designing effective people analytics/reporting products (i.e. dashboards) that inform business decisions. Leverages project and change management skills to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of analytics/reporting products.

-Establishes a transition and/or automation plan for repetitive tasks across the Workforce Analytics team (i.e. audits, reporting, compliance requests, etc.) and executes against the plan. Identifies and explores new technology for continuous and process improvement.

Requirements:

-Fluent English

-Ability to define and execute a data governance strategy and roadmap including policies, standards and procedures to educate and influence stakeholders regarding goals, objectives and approach

-Ability to communicate effectively and speak knowledgeably on the topic of data governance with team members of various roles from operational level to senior executive level

– Ability to be client-facing, with an understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Create constructive and candid dialogue, develop partnerships at all levels, drive collaboration and influence others

-Analytical and strategic mindset – ability to develop strategy and see big picture as well as the details

-Continuous problem-solving, an innovative mindset, and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills

-High level of integrity as we’re uncompromising when it comes to protecting team member data and treating it with respect

-Being agile, adaptable, and action-oriented, able to make progress in ambiguous circumstances

-Strong data visualization and technical skills (Workday, Workday Prism, Tableau, etc.)

-Product design and project management experience
