Job Description Details

  • We are currently recruiting for a Senior Total Rewards Partner, to join as part of the Europe Total Reward team, you will be responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programmes for the QVC UK.  The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing day-to-day Total Reward support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, providing pay recommendations, providing support on department reorganisations, and answering ad hoc Total Reward queries.

    The post holder would manage annual Total Reward processes for QVC UK (including compensation review cycle, survey submissions, benefits renewals, market review, gender pay gap reporting, national minimum wage adjustments, bonus and LTI administration). Participate in global and European Total Reward projects. Innovates QVC UK’s Total Reward offering, developing new concepts, and creating business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices, UK business strategy and global Total Reward strategy. Also educates and upskills internal clients by translating complex Total Reward topics into accessible materials. Analyses and reports on uptake and usage of relevant Total Reward programmes and policies, and responsible for ensuring that all costs are managed in line with UK TR budget.

    Key accountabilities and responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Proven Total Rewards experience, preferably in retail or media industries.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment, acting as a standalone in the UK and partnering with all levels of team members, up to and including executive level, across all markets.
  • Experience in supporting the review and design of total reward programmes, including external analysis, creating business cases and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology.
  • Experience leading key compensation processes, including:
    • Annual compensation review cycle
    • Annual salary survey submission (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer)
    • Gender Pay Gap reporting
    • National Living Wage review
    • Bonus and LTI administration
  • Experience acting as the main point of contact for all benefits suppliers, brokers and third parties including Pension, Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk benefits.
  • Experience leading key benefits processes, including benefits implementation, negotiating annual reviews and closedowns (including internal stakeholder management.
  • Good understanding of UK regulatory and compliance-related topics (e.g., UK tax legislation, GDPR etc.).
  • Experience of budget management.
  • Experience working with a HRIS, knowledge of Workday and Pay Factors is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into accessible communication for team member.
  • Excellent PC skills are required along with advanced working knowledge of Excel (incl. pivot tables, databases, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent financial, maths, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent (e.g., CIPD Level 5)
  • Extensive Total Rewards experience is required. Analytical, HRIS, Consulting and/or Finance experience is a plus.
