…that you are working in a team that is responsible for the new Global Way of Working for the Wholesale Corporate Bank. We are on a journey to transform our activities all around the world and implement one uniform Way of Working, including training videos for employees. A Target Operating Model has been created to guide this transformation, supporting our ambition to improve the client experience, bankers experience by simplifying and automating as much as possible of the to be executed processes. This position offers you the opportunity to leave your footprint and be part of reaching that target end state. As Global Learning & Development process manager you can make the difference and drive this forward.

Making a difference

  • Working together with a team of Process Analysts and Business Analysts to transform the Corporate Bank on a global level.

  • Organizing & coordinating the development, maintanence and update of training materials.

  • Organizing & coordinating the onboarding of the North America region to the new system and the Global Way of Working.

  • Guiding the organisation to the next L&D maturity phase for every domain (with key sparring partners in both GSC Utrecht and Dublin) as,

    • Alignment with future organisation model Wholesale Banking

    • Alignment with HR / other programs

    • Linking in with Workday platform

  • Striving for continuous improvement (challenging the status quo).

  • As an L&D specialist, you are a discussion partner and advisor for (senior) management.

With each other

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Global Way of Working Squad, part of the Financing Squad, brings talented people together to implement and improve the target operating model the Corporate Bank is working with. You work closely together with the Product Owners (PO’s), One Operations and key local stakeholders to analyse, design and drive changes. With you as a process manager the squad will consist of 13 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles.

You are energetic, results driven, a real problem solver and out of the box thinker who can enthuse and challenge the team and global stakeholders. You have the interpersonal skills to realise implementation, to collaborate, communicate and present new ways of working. You effortlessly manage and mediate between multiple stakeholders and inspire or create buy-in. In addition, it’s important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:

  • at least 2 years experience with L&D and Change management;

  • proven experience with formulating a vision, aligning own experience with the input of multiple stakeholders and the larger Target Operating Model (TOM) Vision;

  • at least 1 year experience with process management;

  • strong organisational skills in order to set up proposals / plans of approach for creating new training materials (experience in at least 2 projects);

  • you are self-conscious, you are aware of your unique qualities and you know how to use them to your fullest potential;

  • knowledge of / experience with Lean, Agile, Scrum and DevOps is a plus, as is showing domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking products and processes.

  • flexible working times and location-independent working;
