This is a new position to Electric Power Systems and will be responsible for administering the new Electric Power Systems competency and training program.  This role will be working closely with the functional groups and defining the necessary training for each role in the organization and launching training programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Function as a “Learning Administrator” in Workday Learning to conduct maintenance, reporting, and assign trainings as needed
  • Develop and launch training materials self-paced courses
  • Ensure necessary trainings and method of determining effectiveness exist and are current, with robust method of tracking completion
  • Coordinate with functional management as needed to ensure employee training is current
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external Regulatory standards

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
  • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
  • US Citizen is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with audit and compliance is preferred
  • Experience with Learning and Development Training programs is preferred
