  • Advice and partner with HR Partners by providing consultation and recommendations for the assigned markets and countries in the region, to include policies, practices and program interpretation and communication.

  • Experience and understanding of compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, market data, job leveling and other compensation related matters.

  • Support regional implementation of core global reward processes such as annual compensation planning (merit and incentive compensation).

  • Partner with local HR teams in providing analysis and market research in support of ad-hoc programs. Provide recommendations to ensure alignment to compensation and benefit philosophy.

  • Provide renewal and strategic support for group benefits programs such as health and medical insurance programs; coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Support benefits harmonization projects in the region through collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver a successful implementation.

  • Partner with HR Shared Services to identify and move relevant Total Rewards operational processes over.

  • Act as point of contact for program escalations queries.

  • Partner with other Communities of Expertise (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management etc. as necessary on Total Rewards related consultation or projects.

  • Be a proactive member in HR Transformation initiatives.

  • Work with Total Rewards extended team to ensure region interests are represented in program design and strategy.

  • Any other projects/duties as required to support the success of the Total Rewards COE Team.


  • Bachelor degree in HR management, business, or related field and a 5+ years (or 3+ years with Master degree) of progressive total rewards experience in an MNC environment. Prior working experience in consulting firm would be an added advantage.

  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization in a fast-moving environment.

  • Independent, positive, assertive, collaborative and change agile.

  • Comfortable in working with ambiguity.

  • Good knowledge of current labor roles and regulations within the APAC region.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze large volumes of data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience with Workday HR systems a plus.
