Why it’s worth it:
Are you an experienced People or Human Resources professional looking to expand your skill set as a trusted advisor by partnering with the business to drive the performance and success of its employees? At ReliaQuest, our People Business Partners (PBPs) are responsible for aligning business objectives with people solutions in the organizations the PBP supports. A PBP acts as a coach and change agent to senior leadership by providing data driven insights and expertise on people-related matters to inform and support a tightly aligned business and talent strategy.
At ReliaQuest, we understand that our business thrives when our teammates thrive, beginning with hiring the right people, and extending into their on-going development and progression at ReliaQuest. Our People Business Partners help ensure we are hiring, training and developing people according to our values and mindset. PBPs contribute to the overall success of our employees (teammates) by championing key initiatives, facilitating engagement of teammates and Leadership when appropriate, and providing insights to help develop new programs and iterations; all of which will continue to support ReliaQuest’s “promote from within” mindset and overall scalability.
