As an operational center of excellence, People Operations standardizes people functions across ReliaQuest and connects policies, procedures, and operations across the organization.  Working through the People Business Partners and with leadership from business leaders, the Leader of People Operations provides the conduit of policies that help ReliaQuest grow and scale.   

 Analyze and improve People operations, processes, and policies. 

  • Plan and execute on a continued program for leveraging our HR technology (including the ReliaQuest HRIS Workday) to the fullest capability. 

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, create and implement scalable talent management practices, including sustainable talent assessment, performance management, and succession management practices, to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. 

  • Develop and build the infrastructure for collecting and analyzing employee data; summarize findings, discuss trends and recommendations with People Business Partner.  

  • Design, implement, and measure strategic programs and policies in your key areas of responsibility: Organizational Readiness & Performance Management;Employee Engagement & Company Culture; and HR Infrastructure Management. 

  • Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to assess organizational capabilities, processes, structures, and talent and to develop & deploy strategies within and across functions. 

  • Develop, manage, and execute scalable HR policies and procedures that shape the employee lifecycle and work as a strategic partner to our legal counsel on compliance training and risk management strategies.  

  • Be comfortable in a dynamic fast-paced environment where you must be able to design as well as build and implement. 

 

In order to be successful: 

  • 7+ years in HR at fast-moving, high-growth technology companies 

  • Experience in a global team, preferred  

  • Sound knowledge of Workday

  • 3+ years of experience in HR leadership (Director or VP) 

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment  

  • Well-honed interpersonal and relationship-building skills that facilitate strong advisory relationships with key internal stakeholders 

  • Ability to blend the strategic and aspirational requirements of the role with the hands-on practicality to know that a world-class performance-based HR function is best built iteratively 

  • Expertise as a thought leader, or big picture thinker, who anticipates future trends and consequences and creates strategies and plans accordingly 

  • Experience working directly with all levels of the organization  

  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and measuring the success of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
