Job Summary:

AR Finance Analyst shall be responsible for the Transfer Pricing and Debit Memo processing, Intercompany reconciliation and shall manage the Billing Approval and Billing Tools.

Responsibilities:

Client Billing Process

    – Transfer Pricing Invoice generation

            – Billing details generation

            – Billing Invoice generation

            – Billing approval tool upload (details and Invoice)

    – Debit Memos generation

            – Cost details generation and Issuance

            – Debit Memo upload in the tool

    – Credit Memo for adjustments

Monthly Closing and Report generation

    – Preparation of Billing accruals based on Actual payroll data to be recorded in local accounting system (NetSuite)

    – Preparation of Accrual schedule for Global accounting System (People Soft)

    – Recording of Cost recharges

    – Monthly Statement of Account preparation

    – Clearing and recording of Intercompany settlements

    – Monthly Analysis of AR, Revenue and Collections

             – Preparation of Balance Sheet Analysis

             – Reconciliation with Intercompany Settlements team

  

Stakeholders Partnership

    – Coordination and collaboration with different REPH Leaders, Business Unit Leaders and REPH Partners

             – Ensuring all queries are addressed within the agreed SLA

             – Ensure all changes are adjusted in the Masterdata, KAI Tool, Workday system and NetSuite systems.

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Preferably CPA

2. Analyst experience for 3 to 5 years (General Ledger Accounting, Financial Statements Analysis, Reporting and Stakeholder Management)

3. Excellent communication skills

4. MS Excel skills

            – Advanced in SUMFIS (required)

            – Basic to Intermediate in Macros (required)

            – Basic to Intermediate in XLOOKUP (a plus)
