Roles and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Collaboration with SME on new and updated course content. Â
- Create new content, review, and update existing content to ensure ongoing quality training.Â
- Support NHO system design and implementation at the local level, Â
- Assess fidelity of Enterprise Learning and NHO processes locally.Â
- Conduct or facilitate in-person, virtual, and digital learning across the organization. Â
- Expected to become a certified Instructor Trainer for all Enterprise learning Programs.Â
- Supports strategies to ensure ongoing training compliance. Â
- Provides periodic support to local units with delivery of formalized blended learning in times of instructor vacancies, new business ventures, and/or requested need. Â
- Develop a high-level understanding of Workday Learning Administrator responsibilities to support the utilization of the system and serve as a back-up, as needed.Â
- Support the development and reporting on actionable Learning and Development metrics and performance indicators. Â
- Liaise with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs.Â
Qualifications: Â
- 4 yr degree preferredÂ
- Experience with the IDD/MH/SU service systemÂ
- Experience developing and facilitating curriculum-based learningÂ
- Preferred Computer Applications: Workday LMS, Articulate, Microsoft 0365 applicationsÂ
This is a hybrid remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the state of NC or TN.
