The Opportunity
The Employee Lifecycle Management team provides HR lifecycle support, customer service, and advisory help to HR and business partners, ensuring our global HR systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently in alignment with Roche's People Practices. As an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist, you'll handle HR system data maintenance and administrative tasks accurately and promptly, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, terminations, compensation, and performance management. You'll also help enhance HR Support Solutions by analyzing interactions and collaborating with other HR functions. Success in this role requires a broad understanding of global and local HR processes and their impacts on payroll, benefits, finance, procurement, and IT, along with strong customer focus, communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities

Service Delivery Excellence: Execute system data maintenance, administrative tasks, and provide customer service for HR processes (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, terminations), ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with Roche guidelines and data privacy regulations.

Advisory and Support: Advise HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, provide guidance to first-level support teams, and participate in the development and update of process documentation (SWIs, SOPs). Ensure alignment with global HR objectives and manage service quality expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with HR colleagues, customers, and peers to maintain effective service delivery. Collaborate regionally and globally to drive consistency and effectiveness in HR Support Solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to project activities, and enhance service delivery through feedback, coaching, and advice. Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction through quality service and application of customer care principles.

Regulatory Compliance and KPI Management: Ensure operations meet defined KPIs and SLAs, maintain regulatory compliance, and establish key stakeholder relationships to prioritize customer-focused outcomes.
Who you are
-
University degree, HR preferred.

Advanced English level
-
1-3 years of related experience in an HR area and/or working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment.

Knowledge of Workday HR Processes

Experience in a shared service center, preferably in an HR services environment.

HR generalist know-how.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities.

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and multicultural environment, working across borders.
