Full time, Fixed term Maternity cover / Karenzvertetung (approx. 16 months)
We are looking for a highly motivated People & Culture Specialist to join our team. In this position you will support us through multiple exciting developments that add to the continuous improvement of our local and global P&C processes and services. You will be part of the daily operations of the P&C department, working alongside the wider organisation, as well as external stakeholders. To provide our team with support you will have a high level of confidence to drive topics from idea through to completion and be able to communicate challenges and updates effectively. Your mission:
-
Supporting the Country Connector in driving harmonization and optimization of policies and documentation within the country
-
Ensuring alignment and execution of established policies, procedures and global P&C initiatives (e.g. pension plan scheme)
-
Collaboration with Business Partners and the local workers councils on local topics such as company agreements
-
Participating in global and regional squads for deployment of key P&C initiatives or new system launchesÂ
-
Ensuring smooth payroll operations with our vendor
-
Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration within:Â
-
P&C operations teams, chapters, network and communities
-
Network and dedicated Business Partners
-
Other enabling functions, e.g. Finance, Procurement, IT etc to ensure the solution implementation or improvement
-
PSS peers within region and global
-
External stakeholders/providers
-
-
Driving local labor law related topics whilst assuming ownership of all internal labor law content
-
Document management activities including, reviewing reference letters, issuing employment contracts, sending documents to the relevant government institutions and the storing of such documents
Essential skills for your mission:

High-level knowledge of local labor law and local tax and benefit regulations
-
Knowledge of local statutory reporting requirements
-
Knowledge of legal framework, union agreements, works council agreements and policies
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural matrix environment working across borders
-
Maintaining customer-centricity through your day-to-day interactions (incl. needs anticipation, cultural awareness, managing one’s response, fostering an open feedback culture within your team)

Demonstrating end-to-end accountability to engage and motivate the team to ensure a successful outcome

A problem-solving mentality accompanied by a proactive approach to work, negotiation skills and the ability to cope with time pressure in demanding situations and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) are essential

3-5+ years experience with P&C processes, P&C shared services, P&C functional expertise, and/or broad P&C generalist know-howÂ

Valid EU or Austrian work permit
Bonus skills:

Degree or equivalent, P&C preferred

Experience working in a team and service delivery or customer care environment
-
Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications
-
Knowledge of Workday P&C Processes

Experience of necessary tools (e.g. Workday and CRM Request Management software)

In Austria, mySugr has a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross €2.854 – per month for this position. But! Rest assured, we offer amazing competitive compensation packages which take into consideration current market trends, therefore you can expect a higher offer that reflects your experience level.
