The Position
The Technical Reward Analyst – Compensation is responsible for providing essential services to the People Reward and Recognition (PR&R) chapter independently, focusing on Workday configuration, data analysis, and administrative processes for all Roche positions. This role requires a deep understanding of global reward processes and timelines, with the ability to clearly articulate them. The Reward Analyst will also offer guidance on recurring reward inquiries and have a firm grasp of Roche Rewards policies and procedures.
The opportunity:

Collaborate with Reward Partners to understand organizational structures and roles.

Perform system configuration activities in Workday.

Contribute to the Annual Compensation review cycle management, including system preparation and resolving incoming queries.

Conduct system testing activities prior release.

Support the introduction and development of innovative technologies.

Conduct audits and analysis on programs, policies, and procedures to recommend enhancements or changes that improve existing practices.

Contribute to the continual improvement of work processes within the PR&R chapter to create a more streamlined and efficient organization.
Please note that this is a 50% part-time role (20 hours / week).
Who You Are:

Experience in HR support, Customer Service, or Payroll roles

Strong analytical skills with advanced critical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Expertise in analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Smartsheet) and HR systems, with prior experience in data management and system updates.

Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, demonstrate cultural mindset awareness, and provide clear, effective responses.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
