The Coordinator provides essential support with training and development initiatives and maintaining the smooth operation of various tasks. This role focuses on ensuring consultants and team leadership are supported effectively while upholding a professional demeanor and positive attitude. With strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the Coordinator excels in prioritizing tasks within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities encompass a range of duties, including logistical support for meetings and workshops, managing calendar appointments and deadlines, proactively coordinating training logistics, providing CPE support to the business and assisting Learning Consultants and team leaders on projects. Additionally, the Coordinator offers client support for the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), managing client inquiries, troubleshooting LMS issues, and providing guidance. The role contributes to the smooth execution of training events, such as live webinars and CPE-eligible programs, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Duties and responsibilities:
Logistical Coordination: Provide comprehensive logistical support for team meetings, workshops, and training events, ensuring materials are formatted, edited, proofed, and distributed effectively while managing multiple schedules and deadlines.
Client Support and Troubleshooting: Act as a primary resource for the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), assisting clients with course building, report generation, and troubleshooting inquiries to enhance user experience and address issues promptly.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to training initiatives and CPE processes, compiling evaluations and analysis data to support ongoing improvements and inform leadership decisions.
Effective Communication and Presentation: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members through various channels, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required with one to two years related administrative support experience or Associates Degree. Experience in corporate training environment and experience in professional services environment preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Zoom skills, Articulate, Camtasia, Qualtrics and experience with Learning Management Systems are pluses.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor working environment.
- Occasional long periods of standing while copying.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm; interface with clients and external vendors as necessary.
- Independent travel requirement: 0 to 10%.
