Essential Functions:

  • Supporting Accounting, Internal Audit and Tax departments

  • Managing  calendars for Vice Presidents of supported departments

  • Setting up meetings within Controller group

  • Assist teams with IT access and other equipment/supply needs

  • Manage quarterly close calendar

  • Responsible for compiling the quarterly press release book for earnings call

  • Manage Wdesk / Workiva certification process

  • Compile the quarterly disclosure binder

  • Coordinate and assemble Audit Committee book in Diligent for the Board

  • Process and mail paper tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions

  • Process invoices and  check requests and follow up with A/P as necessary

  • Completion of government information requests/surveys

  • Archiving and filing scanned returns

  • Pick up mail at the office and scan to members for multiple teams

  • Help with onboarding new employees and terminating employees

  • Expense report processing for the controller’s and tax teams

  • Manage the CPE relationship with Thomson Reuters and eligible employee list

  • Demonstrates proficient problem solving skills, particularly within systems

  • Ability to work within tight timeframes, meet strict deadlines and react swiftly to requests

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a Team

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

  • Detail oriented with follow-up practices

Knowledge

  • Intermediate Excel, Word, Access, and Microsoft Office.

  • Workday experience is a huge plus!

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Required Experience: 1 – 4 years
