Job Description​

**This is a remote position however the person must live in or near the Kansas City Metro area**

The Workday HRIS Analyst is able to work in any Workday HCM module and is proficient in building Workday Business Process, building and modifying complex Workday reporting, and understanding and capable in the basics of creating integrations to external vendors and in internal SLHS systems.  This level is a mentor/coach to intermediate or entry level HRIS team members.  Resolves complex issues and prepares advance reports on data summaries, changes, and trend for use by management.  Works with the corporate Workday IT staff to maintain and upgrade the HRIS system and other external HR systems.  Will step in to manage user access to the HR system suite, resetting passwords, administering Access, updating the communication distribution lists, access to User Group Share Point site, and performing audits of the system security as defined in departmental procedures. Actively participates in the HR and Payroll business process improvement teams and task groups.  Participates and coordinates software or process training required as a result of  system upgrades, internal process design changes and needs analysis.
