Position Description:
In the Regional Manager, Recruiting Coordinator role, you will assist in taking the worldwide recruitment team to the next level by taking on a leadership role in our centralized coordination function. The Manager will successfully oversee a team of recruiting coordinators across our EMEA region, drive the development and implementation of recruiting best practices, hire, onboard, and train new recruiting coordinator hires, and utilize reports and metrics to measure success and productivity. This role will require partnering closely with Recruiters and their leadership team to ensure they are receiving outstanding support from the coordination team and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This role will also assist in day to day recruiting operational needs of the recruiting organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall performance of team (40+ Recruiting Coordinators, and 4-5 Associate Managers) to meet or exceed collective performance goals
  • Ensure coordinators are providing flawless support to recruiters by providing timely feedback and coaching.
  • Act as a key partner to recruiting leadership to design and implement highly efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Partner with recruiters and recruiting leadership to help with system needs such as reporting.
  • Oversee the entire RC life cycle from hiring, onboarding training to promotion and transition off the team.
  • Maintain, monitor and report performance against SLAs and client group standards
  • Explore and deep dive into areas of opportunity to scale, innovate and drive efficiency
  • Support the Recruiting Coordinators to develop by delegating tasks and empowering them to stretch and become leaders on the team.
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure global alignment of our RC team by working closely with regional counterparts

Required Skills/Experience:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 2+ years of experience within a recruiting organization
  • 2+ years of direct management experience
  • Ability and passion to lead, mentor, and support the recruiting coordinator team
  • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills
  • A team player with excellent client management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting is a plus!
