This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday Guru to support Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time, Recruitment, Expenses (and additional modules in the future). You will be key in delivering the strategic HR Systems roadmap that is aligned with the overall TSA strategy and delivers on priority organisational needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday Guru to support our people during the implementation of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time, Recruitment, Expenses (and additional modules in the future). You will maintain a strategic HR Systems roadmap that is aligned with the overall TSA strategy and delivers on priority organisational needs.

           

Systems 

  • Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absences, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Expenses, Talent and Performance (and additional modules in the future).

  • Maintain system configuration, including Organizations and Hierarchies, Job Catalog and Compensation setup, Administer complex Security setup

  • Configure complex reports and validation rules involving calculated fields and run & troubleshoot EIBs

  • Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday 

  • Provide input to HR Systems & Insights Team, and other support teams as appropriate.

  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen.

  • Other projects and duties as may be required by business needs 

  • Investigate and address BAU support tickets addressed to HR Systems

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work in order to meet expected business performance goals by providing full range of customer service 

  • Support the continued development of organisation capability by providing the information and tools they need, and where necessary coach them in their application. 

  • Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with the HR team nationally to ensure the sharing of best practice and consistent delivery of HR services.  

  • Coach, influence, negotiate and guide senior and division leaders to achieve optimal business outcomes

ABOUT YOU 

You don’t only enjoy the Techno Func element of Workday. You’re a team player, love solving problems and keen to be involved in a collaborative support environment.

  • Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  

  • Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects 

  • A degree qualification in HR, Business or a related field. 

  • Workday HCM techno-functional experience essential

  • Workday integrations knowledge preferred

  • National Police Check
