Position Summary

About us
The HR Shared Services Centre was established in 2017 and delivers Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HR System Support services for Samsung European subsidiaries.

Role and Responsibilities

The Team

Being part of a best-in-class HR Shared Services Centre, you will work together with the leaders of the team in order continuously improve the quality, speed and efficiency of HR operations for Europe.

What you will do

  • You will assess customer feedback and prepare the suitable action plans  on how to further improve and refine services and uplift customer satisfaction level
  • Your will define the quality framework and ensure its deployment at department level
  • You will define and update the knowledge management framework 
  • You will contribute to the implementation and documentation of “best practices” for HR shared services
  • You will prepare reports on KPIs, analyze results and team-up with the team leaders to define and deploy action plans
  • You will be responsible to prepare a variety of ad-hoc and recurring reports/presentations on HR SSC activity and performance
  • You will contribute to the development of department services, delivery criteria and partnership with our stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

What enables you to do a great job

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or related field with more than 5 years of work experience
  • Previous experience of developing / maintaining Workday system and in particular, the modules: Core HR and Recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Excel Tool
  • Experience in an HR shared services environment, familiarity in HR functions and HRIS
  • Excellent analytical (qualitative & quantitative) and modelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills
  • Strong customer service, project management and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
