Position Summary
Who are we? Right across the Pipera metro station, the Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe, established in 2016 in Bucharest (Romania) covers Financial, Customer Service and HR processes for Samsung subsidiaries across Europe.
What is the role about? As an HR Data Management Specialist, you will have the chance to contribute to the Samsung organization by acting as an HR Systems & Processes partner for the local HR professionals in European subsidiaries. You will be in charge with delivering support on HR tools and processes covering the following areas: workforce administration, recruitment, talent management and reporting.
Role and Responsibilities

Managing inquiries about HR processes and systems within the agreed timeframe and quality (general and specific questions on HR Core System- Workday- functionalities and flows)

Perform actions related to HR processes like hires, job changes, reorganizations, contract endings, bonus and pay increases, etc. in Workday as per the HR local teams’ requests

Troubleshooting on HR systems’ malfunctioning and blockages by either directly intervening in the systems or escalating to the next technical level

Support HR professionals with regular or ad-hoc Workday reports and the associated analysis on employee data

Support the European HR Office on deploying and optimizing HR projects related to talent management, performance evaluation, annual salary increases or other HR campaigns

Partner with the European HR Community by delivering training on Workday functionalities and sharing best practices on HR processes and systems
Skills and Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Required:
-
Previous experience in working with multiple systems and good understanding of systems’ functionalities (eg: CRM, HCM, HRMS)

Good to excellent Excel skills (eg: ability to create and work with pivot tables, master logical operations – IF, SUM, VLOOKUP, Index, etc.)

Strong attention to details and analytical spirit

Excellent level of English
Considered as a plus:​

Previous experience in a Shared Service Center/BPO environment

Workday knowledge or other HR technology

Previous experience with managing reports (gathering data and compiling reports from multiple systems)

Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes
