Sarepta Therapeutics is searching for a motivated and resourceful, Director G&A Systems that will be responsible for technology of various departments. Under general direction, this individual plans, implements and maintains applications software and systems. This includes performing administrative and management tasks to maintain application operation, installing new systems, developing reports, supporting ancillary software, and maintaining system compliance, security, and performance. This position will serve as an interface with system users, and vendor contacts, and will be responsible for IT SOX Compliance procedures and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Provides technical leadership to Finance, HR, Legal and Supply Chain departments to understand current systems and business processes, including best practices to inform on latest features and functionality. 

  • Monitors and controls the performance and status of corporate business applications.

  • Utilizes software development, extraction, and analysis tools to aid users in reporting financial and human resource information and integrating financial and human resource systems with other business applications. 

  • Understands Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes at a high level

  • Provides administration and supports operation and use of off-the-shelf cloud systems

  • Act as liaison for outside vendors during installation, modification, and training, of application software. 

  • Monitors software requirements, determines application utilization, and recommends upgrades/enhancements as needed. 

  • Responds to application problems using appropriate problem determination tools; tracks problem occurrence and resolution; identifies, diagnoses and repairs complex problems. 

  • Provides project leadership in planning, design, implementation and support of business applications; insures interface with existing applications, network and operational server environments.  

  • Performs administrative and management tasks required to establish and maintain compliance with various regulatory standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, Dept. of Labor.

  • Must understand privacy regulations including, but not limited to HIPAA and GDPR.

  • Should have an understanding of GMP and CFR21part11 regulations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Finance or related technical field or equivalent experience required.

  • 7+ years’ experience in a commercial financial applications support/development environment, in a complex publicly-traded company.

  • High degree of technical expertise and extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions financial, human resource, legal, and general applications/systems

  • Have had experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance and Supply Chain)

  • Has experience with WorkDay HRIS system

  • High degree of expertise in project management related to the selection, installation, and management of application software systems.

  • Fast paced office environment handling multiple demands. Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary. Requires a high level of initiative and independence.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

  • Flexible and willing to learn new systems and processes outside of comfort zone.

This position is remote. However, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $180,000 – $225,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
