We are looking for a rock star Talent Acquisition Manager to report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and be part of the growing Human Resources team at Sarepta. This individual will manage the entire talent acquisition life cycle, and build relationships with key stakeholder and candidates. He/She will also actively participate in talent acquisition projects that could involve: competency interviewing, university partnerships, branding, strategic sourcing and candidate experience. The individual will have the flexibility to work remotely or in the Cambridge office, as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Develop and execute on strategic recruiting plans that attract a diverse candidate pipeline while proving an excellent candidate experience  

  • Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts 

  • Inspire and educate passive talent about Sarepta’s mission and deliver an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment and onboarding process 

  • Stay current on competitor hiring practices and market trends through market intelligence gathering   

  • Utilize strategic consulting and influencing skills to provide talent acquisition expertise and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders on ways to attract the best talent  

  • Exhibit excellent storytelling of why Sarepta and why now  

  • Assist in the development of processes to streamline the talent acquisition function which will prepare the organization for continued growth   

  • Partner with Compensation to understand Sarepta’s compensation philosophy that will attract and hire talent that will help to sustain and contribute to the Sarepta culture  

  • Partner with business and HR Business partners to align on methodologies and accuracy of Workforce Planning, demand planning and headcount management  

  • Consult with Hiring Managers and Compensation to determine recommended compensation package that will secure top talent  

  • Lead department level projects and initiatives and seek opportunities for cross functionally collaboration within the organization  

  • Act as a mentor and coach to new or more junior members of the team  



Desired Education and Skills:   

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred 

  • Minimum 8 years’ recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, biotech/pharma industry is preferred but not required 

  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated successes in networking and building candidate pipelines 

  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Excellent personal storytelling that creates excitement and enthusiasm in the listener 

  • Ability to think critically and use subject matter expertise to be a trusted talent adviser 

  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative teamwork environment  

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Workday experience would be a strong advantage
