We are currently seeking an HR Expert Systems & Processes (x|f|m) for our HR Systems and Processes Talent Business based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH), with the possibility to work remotely for up to three days per week.
In this position, you contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of our globally applied HR suite Workday focused on Learning, Talent and Recruiting. You will play a key role in the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement and enablement measures.

Your tasks 

  • You will act as the Global Point of Contact for our Workday Key Users with a focus on Recruiting, additionally Workday Learning and Talent

  • The continuous improvement of Workday processes, including the evaluation of change requests and the implementation of new functional requirements is also your responsibility

  • Acting as a (partial) project manager, interfacing between project, support and functional expert teams

  • You will also be responsible for the conception and implementation of user training courses for different user groups

  • You will develop a stakeholder engagement and enablement concept and enable our Workday key users to act as first level support for systemic issues, among other things

  • In order to be in constant communication with our Workday key users, you will conduct regular catch up, change and review meetings

  • Furthermore, you will participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements

Your qualifications 

  • You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification

  • You have experience in HR systems and processes, ideally in Workday Learning, Talent or Recruiting

  • You also have experience in project management in an international environment

  • You have initial experience in change management, Stakeholder engagement and enablement and in the application of corresponding tools and methods

  • A high affinity for systems, a structured way of working as well as analytical and communicative skills round off your profile

  • Very good English skills, both written and oral, and willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%) are a prerequisite
