We are currently seeking an HR Systems & Processes Core Expert (x|f|m) for our HR Systems Support & Continuous Improvements team based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis.
In this position, you contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of our globally applied HR suite Workday. You will execute regular trainings, support our international HR community and create the future with us.
Your tasks

Acting as the global point of contact for key users on Workday related issues, you focus on the fundamental business processes in Human Capital Management (HCM).

You are responsible for maintaining employee master data and the Sartorius organizational structure; thus audit and process HR data (e.g. via mass data uploads during reorganizations) to ensure high data quality in our global HR system Workday

You are responsible for continuous improvements of implemented Workday processes, including evaluation of business process change requests and implementation of new functional requirements into the system environment

You (partially) lead projects and act as an interface between the project, support and functional expert teams

As part of your role you will be responsible for designing and executing user trainings for different stakeholder groups, as well as informing users about changes in the context of regular Workday updates

You prepare and conduct regional support visits to regularly exchange with the HR community

You actively participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements
Your qualifications
-
You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

You have experience in HR systems and processes, ideally in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Master Data Management (e.g. via EIB)

You also have experience in project management in an international environment

A high affinity for systems, a structured way of working as well as analytical and communicative skills round off your profile

You have initial experience in change management and in the application of corresponding tools and methods

Excellent English skills, both written and oral, and willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%) are a prerequisite
