The individual in this role will be responsible for dedicated sourcing efforts for our Dublin Sales Centre. You will be responsible for all resourcing activities, with the aim of building a highly competent workforce which is fully aligned with our Company expectations and developing the reputation of our business through a strong, positive employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our multilingual sales centre
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions at any one time
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and ensure they receive regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Maintain recruitment administration and systems (inc Workday Recruiting) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants
  • Drive the local implementation of global recruitment and selection processes and policies
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
  • Network internally and externally to build relationships with potential high calibre candidates to build talent pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment needs and determine appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Own local and global hiring requisition approvals process
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to hiring managers to ensure they fully understand our recruitment and selection processes and that they are able to identify the right people
  • Create and report on key hiring metrics

Experience

  • Minimum of 6-12 months recruitment experience
  • Previous experience of high-volume recruitment – multilingual recruitment highly desirable
  • Relevant experience in a high-growth, fast-paced service business
  • Strong sense of urgency; with the ability to switch priorities quickly where required
  • Experience of successfully utilizing a variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards and social media
  • Strong relationship builder able to communicate and forge excellent working relationships with internal and external people at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
  • Commercially focused with strong numeracy skills
  • IT literate, specifically MS Office and ATS software

Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
