We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. Today.

The future team member that will love this job will coordinate the administration of the recruitment process to ensure growth on behalf of our clients. You will contribute meaningfully to the administrative function of recruitment as we look for new talent for our organization. You will also improve the efficiency of the hiring process by being a partner to our company partners. Reporting to the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition, you will be an essential part of maintaining Workday functions, opening and closing requisitions and running important talent reporting. You Have

  • 1+ years of experience working with an ATS ( Workday Recruiting) or a Customer Relationship Management Tool
  • 1+ years of full cycle recruitment
  • Partner management skills
  • Relevant degree or commensurate experience
  • Solution orientation
  • An ability to solve problems through effective communication
  • Experience of a high-volume, high touch recruiting environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (able to perform basic functions) and PowerPoint

You Will

  • Organize the end-to-end recruitment process and support all administrative tasks
  • Open and close requisitions using Workday Recruiting
  • Process all offer letters
  • Cross-collaborate to promote and improve an excellent onboarding experience
  • Create talent reporting
  • Educate employees on our hiring processes
  • Manage weekly newsletters
  • Help organize open houses and career events
  • Process invoices and help manage the team budget
  • Communicate important metrics to our teams
  • Support the implementation and process of new projects
  • Support internal team members on staffing needs

Virtual First and Remote Work

ServiceSource is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but a space at home to work is required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is required in your home to attend and host video calls, a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is important.
