We currently have the following opportunity available for a HR Systems Information Management Lead.

Position Overview

The HR Systems Information Management Lead is responsible for supporting technology initiatives and projects that span multiple HR disciplines. This includes identifying how to leverage HR systems and/or application functionality more effectively and proactively recommending and driving process improvements and innovative solutions. This role provides support for internal customers in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, monitoring system performance, answering end user questions and partnering with functional and regional teams to deliver enhancements to Workday and other systems. This role partners with the HR team, vendors, employees, managers, and other functional stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop the reporting and processes required to meet those needs.

Relocation will not be offered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general inquiries in partnership with MyHR team to help drive solutions by partnering with HRBP’s (Human Resources Business Partner) and other COEs (Center of Expertise)
  • Provide local HR specialist support for complex or non-ordinary HR topics
  • Coordinate policy changes across the COE’s and updates MyHR as appropriate
  • Lead in tracking policy info and dates for review and revisions
  • Responsible for HR reporting and metrics for the Americas
  • Organization structure maintenance
  • Vendor feed validation and report management
  • Improve and/or establish processes and procedures related to reporting, analytics, and escalation
  • Provide technical and functional support for all HR and Payroll systems, including testing, training, development and building or improving processes
  • Partner with other HR functional stakeholders to identify process and system gaps. Create and implement solutions
  • Review and document processes and provide recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of technology
  • Identify and track system or related process issues including documenting contingencies
  • Provide systems support including dashboard building in PowerBI, troubleshooting data and systems issues
  • Responsible for ensuring system configuration changes are tested and documented according to internal audit controls before changes are applied to production
  • Manage and support key implementation and integration projects
  • Provide excellent service to ensure activities provide the intended experience for end users in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure deadlines are met according to established service levels/targets
  • Keep abreast of current trends in HRS and changes in technology

This person can be located in North America, Latin America, or Brazil.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • 5+ years progressive experience in database analysis #CD# HRIS ERP or database management, digital records management and training and system integration
  • 5+ years progressive experience in implementing solutions with ERP software.
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing projects
  • Strong experience with Excel using functions and formulas in Excel: Such as VLOOKUP, MAXIFS, INDEX & MATCH, etc.
  • Qualified applicants may be allowed remote working opportunities, based on business needs

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Experience with Workday
  • Ability to write Macros or bring some other automation solution to reduce manual efforts is highly desirable
  • SPHR or SHRM-SP certifications
