As a Talent Acquisition Partner III, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You’ll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates for a wide variety and level of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences–and for creating a positive candidate experience, as well. Using your knowledge of general business fundamentals and SNC business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions. You will also have the opportunity to build and search for top talent using available SNC’s TA systems as well as external resources.

As SNC’s corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. This role is open to remote work

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Requires at least 2 years of University Recruiting Experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with social media recruitment tools
  • Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates
  • Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances


  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Experience with technical recruiting
  • Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity
  • Experience with Workday ATS

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $88,499.72 – $121,687.12
