SENIOR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS CONSULTANT

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

Embedded into our Global People and Culture team, the Reward function comprises of Director of Compensation & Benefits and Compensation and Benefits Consultants (including this role).

This role is a key position for us in enabling us to operationalize and administer rewards at SimCorp. We have a progressive roadmap, and we are looking for someone that can enable us to make our plans reality. This role would a growing professional with some previous experience in a regional or global Compensation and Benefits environment looking for their next challenge, leveraging existing experience and exposure to best practice approaches to reward.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Leveraging technology via Workday to support, evolve and enhance user experience of all reward processes

  • Administering and enhancing operational reward processes such as the annual merit cycle and bonus processes.

  • Support with short and Long-Term Incentive Plans (calculations, payment letters and the process).

  • Contributing to our efforts to improve data quality throughout the function. Conduct data quality checks in Workday and ensure correctness

  • Support in our continuing efforts to develop a best practice approach to C&B at SimCorp

  • Administer (prepare, send out, compile, analyze, etc.) compensation surveys

  • Prepare benchmarking and job analysis as required, partnering with our HRBP’s to review

  • job levels and titles and support on ad-hoc projects.

  • Support with external reporting including diversity (currently including gender pay and ethnicity pay)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and related Compensation & Benefits experience.

  • Previous experience in an accounting or payroll role

  • Workday experience

  • Experience in a regional or international role

  • Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal. You will be working primarily in English.

  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel with the ability to convey messages in a compelling way using PowerPoint presentations or similar

  • Experience in either Aon or Mercer compensation methodologies would be beneficial
