You will be a part of HPB’s Performance & Rewards Department, which focuses on HPB’s diverse workforce to deliver on desired performance and behaviours aligned to HPB values. You will develop, implement and review progressive HR initiatives and supporting systems in the domains of Payroll, Compensation, Budgeting, and HR Information System (HRIS).  

What You Can Expect

As a key member of the Performance & Rewards Department, you will manage and execute the full cycle of payroll functions in compliance with IRAS rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner. You will also have the opportunity towork with different stakeholders and vendors to -troubleshoot any payroll-related issues and provide advisory to staff. 

You will be involved in setting up and reviewing the computation assumptions for Expenditure of Manpower (EOM) and monitoring of budget utilization for good marksmanship.

And last but not least, you will be responsible for preparing salary survey data  (ie. MOM Wages Survey, Labour Market OT Survey and etc.) and supporting payroll-related processes on Workday.

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll function, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in human management and/or business administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and is a detailed-oriented individual who is able to multi-task
  • Resourceful, problem-solver and a collaborative team player with good written and verbal communication skills

In addition, familiarity with payroll compliance, regulatory requirements and Workday system would also be a plus.
