As part of the Finance leadership team, you will play a strategic role to lead in the Finance functions to meet the RP’s goals

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the finance teams in Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounts Payable, Assets Management and Project Funding.

2. Manage the acquisition, allocation and utilisation of financial resources.

3. Ensure financial well-being by providing timely and accurate analysis of financial results, impact of budget variances and financial forecast/trends.

4. Oversee financial policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls and regulatory compliance.

5. Provide direction to groom the finance team by incorporating technology and building the skills of finance staff. Any other projects or duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in Accountancy or equivalent.

2. Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 10 years in a supervisory role leading a team.

3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with different groups of stakeholders.

4. A team player who is independent, resilient, resourceful and comfortable with taking a hands-on approach.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and keen to learn the use of new tools.

6. Some experience with Workday, Robotics Process Automation will be advantageous.
