Currently we are looking for someone to join our Wrocław centre on position of: Emerging Talent Recruitment and Program Coordinator

Role Overview:

Smith+Nephew is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Program Coordinator, Emerging Talent Programs, to join our human resources team. In this position you will support the Emerging Talent Team on day to day administratively! We are seeking an energetic person excited to assist in working with our future leaders!

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop campus recruitment relationships and interview processes

  • Register S+N for key events, including but not limited to careers fairs and national conferences

  • Coordinate and plan events and conference logistics, as required, ensuring that all needs are met in good time

  • Coordinate invites to events, handle all bookings, and respond to any candidate/invitee and internal team member queries

  • Ensure that all collateral and materials are ordered and shipped to location in a timely manner

  • Maintain job boards with accurate and relevant information

  • Process vendor payments maintaining up to date records and systems

  • Provide support to ET team members by attending job fairs, as needed

  • Assist candidates through the recruiting process and assist with large scale on-site interview days

  • Responsible for working directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule candidate phone screens, in-person interviews and travel

  • Provides general administrative support to the recruiting team including calendar and meeting management, processing of purchase requisitions and action memos and completion of other expense reports.

Location: Poland, Remote/Hybrid

Education: University degree in HR or related field preferred

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar related degree required

  • Proven collaboration skills with the ability to develop internal and external relationships

  • Experience with planning and completing recruiting and programmatic events

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and proven attention to detail are required

  • Some travel and working evenings and weekends are required during the campus recruiting seasons

  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel); Workday experience a plus
