HRIS Workday Integrations Specialist Â

As a HRIS Workday Integrations Specialist you will be providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training for HR Technology platforms, work closely with end users to gather requirements and find opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you'll be involved in data management, testing new releases, and contributing to HR technology design and maintenance.Â

What will you be doing?Â

Gathering and document user requirementsÂ

Troubleshooting and resolving Integration issues, suggesting improvementsÂ
-
Prepare PICOF, PECI, Payroll Integrations,Â
-
Ensuring effective change management and communicationÂ
-
Managing data cleansing and mass data uploadsÂ
-
Assisting in testing new HR Technology releasesÂ
-
Participating in system-related projects and enhancements under the optic of Workday IntegrationsÂ
-
Writing test scripts and coordinating User Acceptance TestingÂ
Â
What will you need to be successful?Â

English Level B2+ (minimum required).
-
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent: computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Workday functional knowledge and experience in global projects, data structure and security.Â

Knowledge of Workday Studio & BIRTÂ
-
Basic Knowledge of Workday Integrations Technologies, Rest APIÂ
-
Knowledge/experience in Workday Extend desirableÂ
-
Experience with HR IT cloud-based systems and process integration.Â

Understanding of HR Technology vendors and implementations in multiple markets.Â
-
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes.Â

Effective workload management and prioritization capabilities to handle various tasks efficiently.Â

Experience in service improvement.Â
