Responsible for analyzing work process designs and flows, improving processes and leveraging the return on technological capabilities, primarily using the Workday system. Works closely with HR and IT on complex issues and projects. Is knowledgeable about all HR operational processes and technologies and is the “go-to” person for resolving operational issues. Avail for Remote or Hybrid. If Remote MUST LIVE IN MASSACHUSETTS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Builds and maintains KPI dashboards to serve as entry-point to key human capital and workforce optimization metrics for HR and system leaders.
  • Develops, coordinates and conducts operational analyses related to total time to hire, labor costs and related workforce analytics.
  • Assesses current processes and analyzes alternatives and redesigns/reengineers processes as needed.
  • Monitors Workday data and transactions, and works with HR team as needed to ensure accuracy of reporting provided to the organization.
  • Generates and standardizes workforce optimization and human capital analytics across the system.
  • Supports the integration of key system datasets for seamless and consistent reporting of key workforce data.
  • Provides clear linkage to workforce data including productivity, budgeting, scheduling, and people data to support integrated reporting.
  • Maintains, enhances and supports deployment of analytics tools over the long-term that support system data needs.
  • Interprets data trends and statistical variances to inform system perspective on workforce changes.
  • Assists with presentation of reports and provides recommendations.
  • Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes which will lead to increased quality and efficiency.
  • Creates, reviews, and distributes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to leaders, ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery.
  • Continually reviews the reporting processes to ensure efficient delivery of data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in workforce management, workforce planning or a related field is preferred.
  • If remote, must live in Massachusetts.

Additional Knowledge and Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in Workday a plus.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data management tools.
  • Experience in a similar role in a hospital or healthcare enterprise strongly preferred.
