The opportunity

The Senior Workday Analyst plays a role in the continued maintenance and support of their teams. The Senior Workday Analyst collaborates with multiple teams within the People Team, serving as the Workday subject matter expert and helping to improve business processes and implement new features. The Senior Workday Analyst reports to the Director of People Technology and Integrations. You will work 100% remotely from any of our approved working states. #LI-Remote

What You'll Do:

  • You will be a People Technology partner supporting their workstreams in Workday.
  • Be a lead for the Workday Compensation module, while also driving the configuration and optimization of multiple Workday modules to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the People Team, IT, and other departments to understand our complex requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • You will be a subject matter expert, providing guidance to junior team members and serving as a resource for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Promote the testing and validation of system changes, ensuring standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct regular system audits and recommend continuous improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Research current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
  • Be an escalation resource for Tier 2 and 3 issues, investigating and resolving Workday issues, unexpected results, or process gaps.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience working with the Workday ecosystem.
  • Experience implementing and supporting the Workday Compensation module.
  • Experience managing Workday escalations and system issues.
  • Experience the configuration and optimization of multiple Workday modules to align with organizational goals.
  • Experience with HR processes, compliance, and best practices within HRIS.
  • Experience managing Workday implementation and updates.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $91,388.00 – $146,247.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $100,983.00 – $136,624.00.
