ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

Are you looking for the next step in your HR career? As the HR Coordinator you will have a unique opportunity to partner with a dedicated team of HR professionals. Your role will be challenging and fast faced with an opportunity to grow and broaden your knowledge across all facets of the HR function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate end to end recruitment. This includes job posting, reference checks, issuing employment contracts and offboarding tasks.

  • Maintain employees’ records and activities in our HR information system, Workday.

  • Assist with reporting and other assigned functions.

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

  • Schedule meetings, maintain agendas and manage HR events such as RUOK Day.

ABOUT YOU:

As an ambitious HR Coordinator, you have advanced computer skills and well developed interpersonal skills. Essential Criteria:

  • Workday experience is highly desirable

  • 1-2 years’ working in an HR Administrator/ Coordinator role

  • Ability to interpret and understand Fair Work Act or Modern Awards

  • Successful completion or working towards tertiary level education in HR or related field

  • Impeccable organisation and time management skills

REMUNERATION:

Market level remuneration based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
