Job Summary:

The Corporate FP&A Team is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise financial growth strategy, annual planning, and performance management efforts.  The team succeeds by driving financial visibility and accountability, building strong relationships, and grounding in facts with executive and finance teams across the company. Ideal candidates for this team will have a bias towards action, partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving quickly. Curiosity and initiative are required daily to develop, outline, and execute on a meaningful path forward.

Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this role will contribute to team responsibilities including end-to-end ownership of analysis and presentation including both development and delivery of materials, partnering with executive and peer finance teams, and executing financial planning activities.  Team members will leverage financial modeling and systems knowledge to provide solutions and meet stakeholder needs, then utilize strong communication skills to deliver outputs.  The team has significant responsibility and interaction with finance leadership as well as opportunity for self-directed progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial models to provide insights to company-wide leadership.
  • Preparation of various financial and management reporting, including qualitative narrative describing results.
  • Preparation of financial analyses to provide insights to customers, including qualitative narrative describing results.
  • Guide business leaders in the development of annual budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment to enterprise-wide financial goals.
  • Support business leaders and finance groups in troubleshooting related to financial systems.
  • Ad hoc finance related projects to fulfill needs of customers. Ensures financial data included in deliverables is always complete and accurate.
  • Owns the completion of assigned deliverables by expected due dates.

Skills and Background You’ll Need:      

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Markets, Economics, Management Information system, Business Analytics or equivalent field
  • Master’s degree or CFA a plus.

Experience: 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, planning, strategy, M&A, or equivalent. 
  • Financial services or industry experience (preferred)
  • Enterprise level FP&A experience (preferred). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or related) (required). 
  • Experience in Power BI, Tableau or other similar visualization software, as well as FP&A tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion) (preferred)

Please note – the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

 

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$90,250.00 – $132,500.00
