What you will be responsible for

As a Data Quality Auditor (Workday HCM), Assistant Manager you will be responsible for

  • Developing and improving quality control procedures
  • Reviewing existing processes and suggesting new approaches and practices
  • Ensuring accuracy of published data
  • Ensuring that our published data is at all times accurate
  • Resolve data quality issues in the Workday HCM and other HR systems, via matching, integration, merging and deletion
  • Take the lead in preventing data quality issues
  • Identifying frequent user errors, and working with business units to strengthen user competence

  • Hands on experience in conducting HCM Quality Audits
  • Understanding Operations Metrics & creations of reports / dashboards
  • Experience in harmonizing data and conducting RCA’s
  • Testing HRIS Upgrades especially Workday
  • Stakeholder engagement

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent
