Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all scheduled payroll reporting is completed in a timely manner
  • Sound knowledge on employee payroll query resolution – if required deep dive analysis
  • Daily interactions with key internal stake holders
  • Hands on experience in handling payroll reconciliations
  • In-depth research of escalated issues
  • Process manual check/pay slip calculations
  • Preparation of payroll input files and validations
  • Experience in handling Overpayments/ Verification of Employment/ Garnishments
  • Daily query management
  • Handling full and final settlements

Essential experience

  • 4-6 years of Experience in payroll operations
  • Working knowledge of US statutory legislation and procedure relating to payroll
  • FPC qualification desirable
  • Workday Payroll experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of a Payroll/HR system
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Evidence of a confident communication style and clear written communication.
  • Working knowledge of Payroll Tax and Garnishments is preferable
