Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Architect to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Workday Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Workday solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of Workday solutions. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex Workday solutions 

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs 

  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of Workday solutions 

  • Provide technical support and guidance to Workday users 

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday features and functionality 

  • Participate in the Workday community by sharing knowledge and expertise 

Who we are looking for 

Our ideal candidate has experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Talent modules, as well as proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics. They possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Moreover, they should demonstrate the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Moreover, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration 

  • Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Talent modules 

  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

The Team
As a payroll employee, you will be part of a well-functioning P&C department, currently consisting of 17 employees. The payroll team comprises of 5 employees, with 2 located onsite at our HQ in Aarhus and 3 others located across the globe.  We are a global P&C team primarily supporting the organization from our headquarters in Aarhus. You will report to Amanda Padilla Manager, People & Culture.
