Associate, Human Capital Shared Services


The Success Academy Human Capital Shared Services (HCSS) Team is seeking a results-driven Associate, Human Capital Shared Services.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support all key employee lifecycle processes and Human Capital Pillar Process ( TR, TA, Learning, EE Lifecycle Administrative Process)

  • Participating in the support and maintenance of Workday HCM

  • Partnering with Human Capital team to execute annual processes

  • Provide content direction to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures Prepare customized reports for various organizational needs

  • Knowledge Management – Support updates to knowledge articles, and the knowledge audit process, roles and responsibilities. Monitors and insures all knowledge is accurate and timely by partnering with knowledge owners

  • Continuous Process Improvement – Uses data from all Service Management activities to identify performance strengths, weaknesses, correlations and trends that reveal opportunities for improvement in terms of technology, procedures and policies. Through data driven decision-making, identifies opportunities to continually enhance service delivery and align processes to current and future business needs.

  • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of employee master data entered in the Human Capital Management System.

  • Manage production requirements, organize priorities, provide timely intervention and maintain sensitivity to confidential record

  • Can build strong relationships grounded in trust and consistently advise on practices that are of sound moral/ethical judgment; 

  • Communicate effectively, gearing messaging towards the target audience and employing strong negotiation and buy-in skills as needed.

  • He She treats all data and information with highest levels of confidentiality and integrity

  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to analyze data including spreadsheets skills and familiarity excel

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
