Job Description

Reporting to the Leader, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition will focus on recruiting exceptional talent for our Network Office.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Create and refine best-in-class recruitment strategies that enable us to recruit top talent from across the country

  • Source and identify active and passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, associations, networking, etc.

  • Collaborate with a team of fast-paced, goal-driven colleagues who are engaged in continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, identifying and solving for gaps 

  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up, and communication

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, partner with school and network leaders to determine hiring needs, fill vacancies, provide status updates, and interview candidates that will result in strong support for our scholars

  • Communicate a compelling message to candidates regarding our strong, collaborative culture and school design in a compelling way

  • Thrive in our fast-paced and results-driven environment where entrepreneurialism and innovation are valorized

A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 5+ years of successful full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment, an agency environment or a search firm

  • Knowledge and expertise of LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workday Recruiter a plus

  • Experience and skill in competency-based behavioral interviewing techniques

  • Experience in delivering an excellent candidate experience 

  • Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, nimble environment, prioritizing, multitasking, and managing time efficiently

  • Ability to think like a true Talent Acquisition Advisor

  • Experience identifying trends, leveraging knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized recruiting and sourcing strategies

  • Experience in building relationships and proactively partnering with stakeholders to understand desired candidate profiles and build effective talent pipelines

  • High bar of excellence, exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and relentless drive to improve efficiency 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
