The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of U.S Human Resources.
 This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department's executive office and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic HR environment. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful professional who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and contribute to the overall success of the HR function.

 This role requires a minimum of two days per week on site at our Wellesley, MA office location.
How you will contribute:
1. Manage the SVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
2. Act as a liaison between the SVP and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
4. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
5. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events
6. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the SVP
7. Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentations
8. Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the HR executive office
9. Coordinate with other departments to gather information and resolve issues
10. Assist in special projects and initiatives assigned by the SVP
What you will bring with you:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Experience with Workday and Concur is a plus

Salary: 63,800-86,100

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
