About the job

As a Global Talent & Performance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organization’s performance management approach! In this high-impact position, you will hugely contribute to the implementation of our new performance and development process, managing operations end-to-end with broad responsibility and scope. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Advise and collaborate with HR teams globally, providing expert guidance on talent and performance management processes to ensure seamless implementation across regions and markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global talent and performance processes, delivering strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement of talent and performance practices, leveraging insights and trends to modernize processes and systems, including Workday integrations.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of global performance and talent review processes, including Talent Review & Succession Planning (TRSP), goal setting, and annual performance reviews.
  • Drive the global rollout of performance management frameworks, tools, and learning interventions, ensuring consistent application while adapting to local business needs.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions for HR teams and managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to successfully implement talent and performance processes.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of the talent forums.
  • Play a key role in global HR projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that promote talent development and organizational excellence.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a university degree in Business, Management, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent and Performance Management within multinational matrix organizations.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth expertise in performance management, talent management (including succession planning), and talent development practices.
  • Strong technology affinity and hands-on experience with the Workday Talent module, with the ability to translate business needs into a seamless and compelling user experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a talent for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data and insights in a compelling and engaging storytelling format.
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver trainings and facilitate workshops.

We’re looking for someone with effective project management skills and a strong drive for results. You’ll need to be client-focused, with excellent service and relationship-building skills, and a passion for human development and performance.

You should also be resilient, a fast learner, adaptive, intellectually curious, and committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
