About the job

In this position, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Performing a high-quality talent acquisition process, partnering with business managers and with other HR stakeholders (from briefing and consulting with hiring managers, managing job ads, candidate selection and rejection, performing reference checks, drawing up and submitting offers to candidates up to closing the hire supporting hiring managers with Workday system)
  • Partnering with business and HR
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience during all stages of the talent acquisition process
  • Delivering best in class HR service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, according to the defined KPIs, policies, guidelines and procedures

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 1-3 years experience or more, in a similar role within an international setting
  • Good knowledge of the search recruitment techniques
  • Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, ServiceNow or other similar systems) – would be an asset
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • Excellent English and Italian and/or Spanish, verbal and written communication skills
  • Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization
  • Can-do attitude, innovative and creative approach whenever possible
