About the job

  • Develop a Workday Feature Adoption Strategy that forms an integral part of Swarovski’s Workday Value Realization Strategy.
  • Lead the Workday Functional Developers in core product features providing guidance and expert coaching to business leaders on system capabilities and advanced ways to optimize Workday.
  • Manage concurrent and complex Workday projects including new feature implementations and Workday releases for successful implementation and adoption of the new feature functionality.
  • Evaluate all Swarovski Workday specific issues and enhancement requests in close co-operation with the Team Leader Workday Support and the Team Leader Integrations & Reporting to determine business insights, validity, level of effort and prioritization for potential roadmap delivery. In close co-operation with the Workday Support team and Workday Training & Engagement Specialist, determine if repeated issues, errors or training questions require changes to Swarovski’s Workday configuration.
  • Partner with the Head of Workday Development & Operations, HR and other business leaders to create a comprehensive Feature Adoption Roadmap for Workday
  • Based on the agreed HTR Roadmap, lead enhancement opportunities, gather requirements, design, develop and implement system solutions improving the employee experience.
  • Coach the Workday Development and Support team members on production support questions, issue resolution, diagnosing complex problems and providing high level of customer service to the HR community.
  • Own the review and management of Workday bi-annual release cycles. Develop best practice review and readiness plan.
  • Maintain functional knowledge across multiple functional areas and teams, driving community collaboration and a commitment to a great support service.
  • Provide implementation support through transition to ongoing operations, including support of user acceptance testing, management of ed-to-end issue resolution cycle and partnered leader in change management and user adoption plans.
  • Perform configuration, setup, develop test plans and execute on delivering new Workday business processes and configuration updates.
  • Support the Head of Workday Development & Operations in executing annual department goals.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Higher degree in Business Administration or in a relevant area
  • 5-8 years of experience and specific functional skills and knowledge in the Systems and Metrics area are required
  • Excellent command in English (proficiency).
  • Extensive hands on experience with Workday ideally across all functional areas like core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Advance compensation with at least Workday Certifications in two areas.
  • In depth experience of the HRIS aspects of HR Processes such as performance review, merit cycle or onboarding processes ideally in the context of Workday.
  • Analytical ability to review data and see relationships and possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong listener.
  • Strong Team Leader with excellent organization, prioritization, project and time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment which is undergoing transformational change.
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization and speak in a way that other less technical colleagues can understand.
  • Experience supporting and partnering with diverse and globally dispersed stakeholders and team members.
