The objectives/purpose of the role is to create a positive, productive experience for managers, Employees, and HR Business Partners who seek assistance on a broad range of matters pertaining to HR Transactions. Projects confidence, professionalism and genuine concern for matters brought forward by team members and follows through to ensure that each and every case is resolved. Acts as a people manager to the assigned team supporting countries in scope, securing the high quality of service, and boosting partners’ experience.

Responsible for the assigned team, delivering international support from ELM area:

  • Acting as a people manager to assigned team – developing, evaluating, and motivating team members

  • Securing smooth execution of daily operations and protecting backup matrix in the team

  • Ensuring high quality of service in accordance with agreed standards

  • Organizing the teamwork to meet the agreed KPI’s

  • First level support for escalations

  • Identifying inefficiencies in processes and working on standardization

  • Mentoring team to drive improvements

  • Operational expertise and support to the team in ELM area (ELM processes execution)

Required qualifications:

  • University degree and 5+ years of experience in HR Workforce Administration Operations

  • Experience managing workforce administration from within a Shared Services environment is strongly desired.

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Experience of working with the Workday system and any other HR system is desired

  • Experience in successfully working with vendors to achieve company goals.

  • Excellent knowledge of and experience managing SOX compliance

  • Leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop high performing teams

  • Change management skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
