Takeda Turkey operates in Turkey since 2009; we are providing better health to patients in different therapeutic areas which are Oncology, Hematology, Genetic Diseases, Immunology and Gastroenterology.


We are currently looking for a strong profile with the right attitude to join our Human Resources Department as "Human Resources Operations Partner" reporting to Human Resources Operations Manager.


Objective : Human Resources Operations Partner will be providing end to end HR Operation Services & Partnership in Takeda Turkey.


Principle Accountabilities:

  • HR systems and process ownership.

  • Compensation & Benefits Operation: Includes benchmark study (WTW & Mercer), grading, offers, health & life insurance, recognition platforms, employee assistance program, all local & global benefit’s process ownership.

  • Benefit Operations: Managing providers’ process including renewal process, provide required support to all employees.

  • Global mobility process.

  • HR Analytics & reporting regarding the area of responsibility.

  • Legislation & Reporting: Policies (SOP), employee hand-book review & renewal, and HR Ops documents.

  • Legislative reporting including ÜTE process ownership (Medical Product Promotion Certificate).

  • Litigation process ownership, all ongoing legal case follow up and support.

  • HR personal master data management, Workday data base ownership.

  • HR Operations communication & guidance.

  • Knowledge transfer.

  • HR Vendor & 3rd party management process ownership.

  • Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance for whole HR process.

  • Assuring that the HR department follows best practices and has satisfactory outcomes.


General Qualifications:

  • University Degree from a reputable university in related areas such as Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.

  • +3 to 6 years having similar experience.

  • Basic labour law, Social Security, taxation, payroll, absenteeism, leaves, hiring and exit processes, HR processes knowledge and experience.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel-Advance level, PowerPoint), familiarity with Workday.

  • Having payroll & budget & reporting experience.

  • Having global mobility experience preferred.

  • Good communication skills, trusted professional and credible.

  • Role model best practice and demonstrate the Takeda’s recognised behaviours.

  • Collaborative style, eager to learn and grow, energetic.

  • Ability to build outstanding relationships based on trust and through delivering on commitments.

  • Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and multitasking.
