As a Senior Employee Lifecycle Specialist (HR) you will provide back-office support services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating the issue, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution, transaction in HR systems, appropriate document generation, and communicating the resolution and/or escalation to the manager or HR Business Partner. You will mentor other members, provide internal trainings, and participate in improvement projects. Reporting to the People Solutions Employee Lifecycle Cluster Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and to other HR functions.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:
Providing solutions to queries regarding HR policies, procedures, or the use of HR tools
Executing employee lifecycle changes in HR systems (hire, job changes, termination, leave of absence)
Generating HR paperwork, such as contract of employment, annexes, work certificates, ad-hoc reference letters,
Identifying and researching incoming queries from managers, and HR Business Partners
Collaborating with our internal functions (such as Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and benefits etc.) to ensure the correctness of employee data
Ensuring that documentation and requests meet the policy for each process
Providing HR support and solutions via a ticketing system (Service Now)
Actively contributing to delivering, maintaining, and improving Corporate Services, procedures, and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance, and achieve results
Taking part in regional and/or country-specific projects, aiming at optimization of processes
Mentoring team members, provide internal trainings, and participate in improvement projects.
Education: bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree, or equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR, ideally in a shared service environment combined with aroven track of implemented improvements and participation in projects
Language: business fluency in English
IT: well versed with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of job relevant tools: Experience in ServiceNow®, or another case management system AND experience with Workday, or another HRIS tool
Nice to have, but not mandatory:
Language: business fluency in another European language
