As a member of the People and Culture Remuneration & Performance team, this is a Subject Matter Expert in Remuneration & Benefits, responsible for managing the Year-end Remuneration Review process, as well as developing and implementing Remuneration & Benefit changes resulting from internal business requirements and external regulatory expectations.

The role will also provide advice on a range of remuneration and benefits, providing analysis and insights in support of the TAL’s people, profitability and business objectives. 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Manage the end-to-end annual remuneration review process

  • Provide remuneration guidance to key stakeholders e.g. external market data, hiring salary, governance

  • Support the development and implementation of the TAL Remuneration Strategy and Framework, to ensure TAL’s remuneration remains market competitive and compliant

  • Maintain Remuneration policies ensuring they are continually up to date and conform with regulatory requirements

  • Work with our external partners to benchmark roles, complete salary surveys and ad hoc market benchmark requests

  • Analyse Remuneration data and provide insights and reporting to the business

  • Review and maintain job architecture profiles and salary bands

  • Provide Remuneration analysis for presentation to the Executive Team

What are we looking for?

  • Remuneration experience, ideally including management of several end-to-end Remuneration Review processes

  • Very strong analytical skills and advanced excel knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Attention to detail and quality focus

  • Influencing skills and ability to operate at senior levels

  • Experience with Workday would be highly desirable
